Are you saying we have no law requiring that our roads and bridges be
inspected and repaired? Shouldn't we pass one then?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say I-5 between Seattle and Tacoma
might have more cars travel over it in one week than all the roads in
North Dakota have in a year.
